Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday via New Zealand Post. Orders received after 11:30 AM will be processed the next business day.

How long will it take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days

  • South Island: 2–5 business days

  • Rural areas: may take a little longer

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


About the Pieces & How to Use Them

What age are these products suitable for?
Our visual schedules are perfect for kids aged 3+. They help little ones gain independence and confidence, and make routines calmer for parents too!

How do I use the pieces?
Each piece represents a daily task or activity. You can arrange them on a board or wall in order of your child’s routine. Encourage your child to move pieces as they finish tasks—it’s fun, visual, and keeps everyone on track!

Are the pieces safe for kids?
Yes! All pieces are made from child-safe wood and built to last little hands.
A little note: Because wood is natural, you might see slight variations in colour or grain between pieces—this just makes each set one-of-a-kind!


Orders & Payments

How can I pay for my order?
We use Shop Pay, which is fast, secure, and easy to use.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, just get in touch before your order is shipped and we’ll help you out.


Returns & Exchanges

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
No worries! You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Just make sure they’re in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item is faulty.

What if something arrives damaged?
We’ll replace it! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage.
